VISIX Monitors Request

Where: Slides appear in the monitors in areas of the Urban Life Building operated by the School of Public Health (1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th floors)

Format Required: Image files in either .gif, .jpg, or .png formatted to 1920 x 1080 pixels (px) to fill the full screen. Slides can have a maximum of 40 words.

Requests from School of Public Health units submitted in PowerPoint or PDF will require a turnaround time of 5-8 business days.
We do not accept direct submissions from other colleges or their departments. (Those submissions need to be routed through the Communications office of that college for approval and submission to the list of VISIX system administrators.)

Turnaround: Standard posts of files that are submitted in the correct formats will post within two business days of receipt of your request.

Slides for dated events must be received at least 2 weeks in advance.
Don’t wait! Slides can be scheduled to air up to 6 months in advance.
