To manage your campus ID and password (http://campusid.gsu.edu)
- Duo Multifactor Authentication is an added layer of protection for CampusID. It helps to prevent unauthorized access and protect against cyber crimes such as phishing, malware, and ransomware. Follow the link below to set up Duo on a mobile device or phone.

- The drive mappings on windows systems are as following,I: drive -> \\vstore08.dmd.gsuad.gsu.edu\SPHS: drive \\vstore08.dmd.gsuad.gsu.edu\SPH_Share
Mac users can manually connect to the storage server (Finder -> Connect to server) \\vstore08.dmd.gsuas.gsu.edu
Once connected, only the file/folder you are authorized to see will show up. Please contact the data owner(s) for access request.

Cloud Storage
Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive is part of the Office 365 suite and works closely with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Once logged into the Office app, you can read/write/save files directly onto OneDrive.
With OneDrive app, the files/folders on OneDrive to be synced locally and added to the file explorer.
GSU Dropbox
- GSU Dropbox account needs to be requested via the link (here)
- With Dropbox app, the Dropbox files/folders can be synced locally and added to the file explorer.
Team folder - Both MS OneDrive and Dropbox offer Team folders for file sharing. Team folders allow multiple users to collaborate and share files and folders while maintaining control of access permissions. The Team folders can be managed by administrator(s) and do not tie to an employee’s campusID.
The key benefits are:
Collaboration: Multiple team members can work on shared files and folders simultaneously.
Controlled Access: You can set permission levels for each member to ensure sensitive information is only accessible by authorized users.
Version History: Cloud storage keeps a record of all file changes, allowing you to track updates and revert to previous versions if needed.
Scalability: Team Folders are ideal for large teams or organizations, as they can handle many team members and files.
Centralized Storage: All shared files and folders are stored in a single location, making it easier to manage and access them.
GSU Send-a-file
GSU Send-a-file enable you to send files too large for email attachment, and track downloads and access duration.
