Solidad Tillman is the Program Coordinator with Prevent Child Abuse Georgia housed in the Mark Chaffin Center for Healthy Development in the School of Public Health. She coordinates webinars, training, and annual conferences for child and family-serving professionals to immerse prevention practices in their work. Soli oversees projects and garners partnerships with key stake-holders through outreach initiatives.
Before joining Georgia State University, Soli worked in the private, non-profit, and public sector. From 2016 – 2021, she served in government for the State of Georgia. Her most recent experience has been supporting housing assistance throughout the State of Georgia. These housing programs require that clients possess a form of mental or developmental disability to qualify. Solidad is passionate about inclusiveness and equity for fellow Georgians and communities who are most in need.
