Mykal Tairu is a dedicated workforce development professional with extensive experience in employment services and community engagement. He currently serves as the Employment Coordinator for the Inclusive Digital Expression and Literacy (IDEAL) Program at the Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) at Georgia State University. In this role, Mykal collaborates with campus and community stakeholders to create meaningful internship and employment opportunities for students within the IDEAL program, empowering them to achieve their career goals.
Mykal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale Divinity School.
