Margaret Murray
Senior Clerk- Biography
Margaret Murray is a Senior Clerk for the Center for Leadership in Disability. She brings over 20 years’ experience as a transcriptionist and graduated from the Center for the Visually Impaired in 2016 where she gained the skill and passion for reading and writing Braille. She is currently in the process of getting her certification with the Library of Congress in Literary Braille Proofreading.
At the Center for Leadership in Disability, Margaret primarily works on research and evaluation projects related to qualitative outcomes, aids in event planning, and promotes accessible materials. Margaret currently serves on a board of directors for Friends of Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services-Atlanta to provide leadership for the libraries developing services and programs for the reading impaired community.
