Madeline Mercer is a Research Associate at the Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) at Georgia State University. In her role, Madeline supports the evaluation and continuous improvement of programs that advance equity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities across Georgia.
Her current projects include work with the Georgia Association for Infant Mental Health (GA-AIMH), the CDC Statewide Disability and Health project, and the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) program, among others. Madeline applies a data-informed, community-centered lens to evaluation, helping teams assess impact, strengthen outcomes, and enhance service delivery.
Madeline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Public Health from Georgia State University. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of disability, mental health, and systems-level change, with a commitment to promoting accessible, person-centered care.
