Aubrey Juris is the Project Coordinator for the NICER Study, led by Dr. Lucy Popova at the School of Public Health. In her role, Aubrey is responsible for overseeing study operations, managing recruitment and enrollment, and ensuring compliance with protocol activities involving human subjects from the community.

Before her current role, Aubrey contributed to the Office of Health Equity at the Pennsylvania Department of Health, where she worked closely with non-profit partners to disseminate valuable information on social determinants of health, health equity, and the importance of collaboration in improving public health. Her background also includes managing clinical trials at the Penn State Cancer Institute.

Aubrey is dedicated to driving behavioral and policy changes that reduce the burden of preventable diseases, particularly among underserved populations. Her work reflects her commitment to fostering health equity and promoting wellness for all communities.
