Step 1: Check Public Health Calendar
Check the Public Health Events Calendar to make sure your desired event date doesn’t conflict with other public health or major university events. Please start the event-planning process at least 6 to 8 weeks before your desired event date.
Step 2: Complete Events Request Form
Space is at a premium for in-person events. Public Health Events is here to help you, and an early start will improve our ability to help you secure a venue.
Step 3: Event Marketing & Promotion
After completing the virtual or in-person events request form, your event details will be shared with the Public Health Communications team. The Public Health Communications team will tailor a marketing and promotions plan for your event, which can include can include graphic design production for promotional materials, placement on the University calendar, placement on iCollege and the Panther Involvement Network, email registration campaigns, VISIX digital signage promotion, and social media promotion.
