Biostatistics Lab
The School of Public Health’s Graduate Biostatistics Computer Lab is a resource available to the school’s current graduate and certificate students, as well as Georgia State students enrolled in public health graduate-level courses.
Graduate Research Assistants (GRAs) oversee the lab and are available during open lab hours to provide limited student assistance and support for the Fundamentals of Biostatistics I (PHPH7017) and Statistical Computing (PHPH7525) courses.
Students may visit the Computer Lab on the 6th floor of the Urban Life building or join the Virtual Lab at any time during open lab hours when a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) is available. Please see the Lab Hours section (below) for an up-to-date schedule of open lab hours and locations before visiting the Computer Lab in Urban Life 645 or initiating a Virtual Lab meeting on Webex.
Note that swipe card access will ease access to the lab; complete the form linked on the Lab Hours tab below the calendar for swipe card access. Access takes 2 business days on average to receive.
