As a Behavioral Specialist, Breanna works with individuals, families, agencies and school systems to assist with individualized positive behavior support initiatives, behavior support consultation, and staff training. Breanna is a former trainee of the Georgia Leadership & Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (GaLEND); an interdisciplinary training program for future professionals, disability advocates, and family members housed in the Center for Leadership in Disability. Breanna received a B.S. in Exercise Science and Social Science from Florida State University and a Masters in Social Work from Georgia State University. Breanna has experience in working with individuals living with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses, behavioral health therapy, street based research, and HIV/AIDS. Breanna’s interests include disability in the African American community, trauma-focused therapy, and community capacity building. Breanna is a licensed Master Social Worker.
