Aimee Ahmed, Director of Development, joined the School of Public Health in 2014. As a member of the School’s Leadership Team, she oversees all fundraising activities to secure private support in order to advance the School’s mission and also works to strengthen engagement with alumni.
Prior to joining the School of Public Health, she was the Director of Stewardship at the CDC Foundation where she raised more than $10 million and worked to build a comprehensive donor relations program during her seven years there. She also provided strategic oversight and volunteer management as the liaison for the Epidemic Intelligence Association Alumni Association. Aimee spent her early career in higher education development at both Oglethorpe University and her alma mater, Agnes Scott College.
