Graduation Information for master's students and certificate students

Graduate Certificate Candidates

Students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Public Health program must complete the CPH Graduation Form and submit it to the Institute of Public Health during the term they will complete their coursework. CPH students do NOT need to file a graduation application with the Office of Graduation Services. Once the CPH form is on file with the Institute and all coursework has been satisfactorily completed, the student’s records will be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar who will make an official notation on the student’s transcript.

Master of Public Health Degree Candidates

Students enrolled in the Master of Public Health degree program will need to complete an Application for Graduation form at least two full terms prior to their anticipated term of graduation. Students must also submit the appropriate Graduation Fee at the time they turn in their Application for Graduation. Application for Graduation forms are available from the Office of Graduation Services, which is located at 231 Sparks Hall.
