The Institute of Public Health (IPH) was re-accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) in 2012 for a seven year period (2012-2019). The IPH Self Study document with its Appendices can be found below. In order to obtain a copy of the CEPH report on the IPH Self Study, please email your request to publichealth@gsu.edu, and the report will be provided electronically within 5-10 business days of the request.
Why is CEPH Accreditation Important to IPH?
CEPH accreditation sets a standard by which all accredited schools of public health work to enhance health in human populations, through organized community effort. The Institute of Public Health completed its final reaccreditation self-study in May 2012. This extensive self-assessment document conducted over two years is required for accredited public health programs.
